Trail Improvement Project

State Aid Project 056-590-003 – Nature Trail Improvements

The project includes the installation of a ten-foot-wide bituminous trail from Olaf Avenue to Main Street, crossing EDA Drive, Gilbertson Street, Holdt Street (County 83) and Jefferson Avenue ending at the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Main Street.  The expansion will connect through existing City owned right of way and park properties creating an anchor component to the Southside Nature Park.

Grant: MnDOT Agreement No. 1063970 / SAP No. 056-590-003 / State Active Transportation (AT), 2026 Trail Improvements, Battle Lake, MN, Shared Use Path and ADA Improvements.
